New Construction
Contact the Inspections Department with your complaints about new construction projects, including:
- unsafe conditions, such as vacant, unsecured buildings and unfilled or uncapped foundations.
- debris from nearby construction blowing onto your lot.
- builders dragging mud/debris into the street.
New construction and most major remodeling projects require a building permit. Permits are to be displayed at the construction site for the duration of the project.
