Roosevelt/NDSU

The Roosevelt/NDSU area is a residential neighborhood in central Fargo. It is located between the NDSU campus and downtown and is home to a varied mix of housing types. but rental options dominate. 

The housing stock includes some single- family, detached homes and a few condos, duplex, triplex, conversions and apartment buildings.  In addition, NDSU offers 12 residence halls which include a wide variety of options for students.

Roosevelt Elementary is located in the center of the neighborhood. The school playground and Roosevelt Park (north of 12th Avenue) provide nearby recreational opportunities for area residents.
