Pointe West
The Pointe West neighborhood developed quickly in the early 2000's. The neighborhood is home to a mix of single-family detached and attached units, multi-family complexes, and townhomes. The eastern portion of the neighborhood has been developed with light industrial uses. There are also some commercial areas along 32nd Avenue South, the northern border of the neighborhood.
