Maple Valley
The Maple Valley neighborhood is planned for primarily single-family residential, with some multi-family residential, as well as some commercial development. Prairie Grove, Silverleaf, and Maple Valley are some of the subdivisions contained within this neighborhood. An extensive trail system is planned alongside Drain 5, which runs through the neighborhood.
