Nurse Family Partnership Program
The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Program provides nurse home visitation to families expecting their first child. The program begins between the 12th and 27th week of pregnancy and continues until the child's second birthday.
Goals of this program are to:
- promote healthier pregnancies.
- improve child's health and development.
- support mom's personal development.
Who is this program for?
Families with limited financial or social support who are expecting their first child are eligible for the program.
