Flood Protection Removal Right of Entry

Flood Protection Removal Right of Entry Forms are now available. The City of Fargo will be assisting the US Army Corps of Engineers in obtaining right of entry to private property for removal of temporary clay levees, innovative flood fight products, and sandbags.

If your property was a part of the City’s flood protection alignment and you would like to have the USACE remove these items from your private property you will need to sign a document granting them temporary access.

You can stop by City Hall at 200 Third Street North beginning at 4:00 PM today to sign a right of entry form. A kiosk will be set up outside of the City Commission Chambers. The Kiosk will be open from 4:00 PM  until 8:00 PM today and will be open again tomorrow, Tuesday April 21st  and Wednesday April 22nd from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
