New Year's Day Week of December 31: Tuesday collections on Wednesday, the remainder of the week on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be closed on January 1, 2013.
Christmas Tree Pickup:
- Week of January 7, 2013
- Place trees 3-5 feet from your garbage cart
- Please do not deposit on snow banks
- Remove plastic bags, lights, wood and metal stands
Martin Luther King Day Monday, January 21: Collections on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be open on Monday, January 21.
Presidents Day Monday, February 18: Collections on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be open on Monday, February 18.
Good Friday Week of March 25: Collections on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be open on Friday, March 29.
Memorial Day week of May 27: Monday collection on Tuesday; the remainder of the week on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be closed on Monday, May 27.
Independence Day Week of July 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be collected one day early, the remainder of the week on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be closed on Thursday, July 4.
Labor Day Week of September 2: Monday collection on Tuesday; the remainder of the week on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be closed on Monday, September 2.
Veterans Day Week of November 11: Collections on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be open on Monday, November 11.
Thanksgiving Day Week of November 25: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday collections one day early, the remainder of the week on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28.
Christmas Day (Wednesday, Dec. 25) Week of December 23: Tuesday and Wednesday collected one day early, the remainder of the week on schedule. The Sanitary Landfill will be closed on Wednesday, December 25.
