West District
The west district boundaries include all of the areas west of Interstate 29, south of 19th Avenue North and nNorth of Main Avenue; all the areas west of 25th Street, south of Main Avenue and north of Interstate 94; and all of the areas west of Interstate 29, south of Interstate 94 and north of the southern most city limits. It has the largest commercial district in the city. The West Acres Shopping Center is a landmark in this area. Assigned to the district are one lieutenant, three sergeants, and 21 patrol officers.
