Annual Performance Reports
Every year, the City of Fargo Planning Department prepares an annual report (a.k.a. CAPER) on the use of federal community development funds. The report lists all of the activities that used CDBG and HOME funds in the relevant program year.
The CAPER (Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report) also evaluates how well the community is doing on the achievement of the goals set out in the five-year strategic plan and makes recommendations for changes/adjustments to better meet current needs.
