Am I allowed to build one on my residential property?

A detached garage, as an accessory use structure, are allowed as long as it and the primary structure do not exceed the maximum building coverage allowed for the zoning district. In addition, it can’t be located within a front, street side, or interior side setback. It can be located at least 3 feet from the rear lot line. In the UMU district, it must follow the rear yard setback requirement of 15 feet.
