Fargo Sign Code
The Fargo Sign Code is Article 20-13 of Chapter 20 of the Fargo Municipal Code. The code is intended to regulate the location, size, type, and other physical characteristics of signs within the jurisdiction of the City in order to promote public health, safety and welfare.
