Fargo Public Library - Library Board
The Fargo Public Library Board of Trustees meets the third Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. in the City Commission chambers in City Hall. Meetings are broadcast live on TV Fargo, channel 12; they are rebroadcast on:
- Mondays at 8:00 a.m.
- Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m.
- Sundays at 8:30 p.m.
The seven-member board serves as the library's governing body. The board sets and approves all library policies, approves the library's budget requests, and hires and supervises the library's director. Board members are appointed to three-year terms by the Fargo City Commission.
Board meetings are open to the public.
