The Fargo Public Library is happy to provide you with the North Dakota Digital Consortium's shared collection on Zinio.
Zinio is a digital magazine platform for tablets and computers. By registering with the library's shared collection, you can subscribe to magazines on your Zinio account and read them on your computer or using the Zinio app on your tablet (available in the iTunes App Store and Google Play).

Please note that you need to register with the North Dakota Digital Consortium and with Zinio to read the magazines. It's advised you use the same email and password for both logins.
