Volunteer Intake Form
Before volunteering, you will be asked to submit a volunteer intake form. If you are walking to a placement site, please print and fill out the volunteer intake form (pdf) before arriving. If you are using a bussing site you will not need to print out a form, as they will be provided on site.
Questions
Volunteers are asked to contact FirstLink with questions. Information is available via the Firstlink Web site at www.myfirstlink.org or by calling the volunteer hotline 701-476-4000 (currently inactive).
Large Groups
Chamber of Commerce business members interested in organizing volunteer groups are asked to register with the Chamber by calling 218-233-1100 or e-mailing Julie Yourczek at jyourczek@fmwfchamber.com. Shuttle service will be available for large employee groups.
